The Application Process

1—
Tour

Schedule a visit to our school, meet faculty and staff, and observe classroom instruction. Most initial tours take about an hour.

2—
Explore

Get to know Paideia. Read “Discover Classical Christian Education: You’ll Wish You Could Go Back to School.”  This booklet is a quick read, and you can find it in the admissions folder.  Please be prepared to discuss it during the family interview.

3—
Apply

If you believe God is calling you to partner with Paideia after your tour and reading more about classical Christian education, take the next step and apply.

4—
Family Interview

The family interview provides an opportunity for families to get to know the Head of School and learn more about Paideia, and for us to learn more about your family.  Students applying for grades 7 – 12 will be asked to join the interview.

All families are assessed based upon: Family support, a family faith that aligns with our statement of faith, a basic understanding of classical Christian education, and application documents turned in to the office.

5—
Assessment & Shadow Day

All applicants will complete an age-appropriate assessment. In addition, students are encouraged to shadow a Paideia student for a half-day or full-day of class. Visiting students will experience a day at Paideia, meet teachers, observe classes, and make new friends. Long-distance and summer applicants may be exempted from shadowing as necessary.

6—
Admission & Registration

You will be notified by mail once a final determination concerning your application has been reached. Upon acceptance, you will register with FACTS Management Company, our tuition and billing service provider.  If you are interested in applying for Tuition Assistance, plan to discuss your options with our Admissions Director during your tour and interview.
