Student in Paideia uniform

Beginning with the end in mind helps us to chart a course of study that is packed with essential skills, joyful experiences, and rigorous academics.

We pray that every graduate will be a passionate disciple, an exceptional scholar, and a virtuous citizen.  We enjoy leading students to understand The Great Ideas, The Great Books, and The Great Commission.

Paideia Classical Christian School (Formally The Paideia School of Tampa Bay) is accredited by The Association of Classical and Christian Schools (ACCS).

A key component to our classical curriculum is the trivium or “three paths” of Grammar, Logic, and Rhetoric. In the Grammar stage (elementary school age) students acquire the basic knowledge and structure of language. During the Logic stage (middle school age) students learn the art of thinking while studying cause and effect relationships. The Rhetoric stage (high school age) builds upon the Grammar and Logic stages of learning by instilling the art of communication through gracious and persuasive expression of knowledge, skill, and ideas. These stages of the trivium not only correspond to grade levels, but also can be incorporated into every level of learning.

Beginning with the end in mind

Throughout their educational journey, students discover that every subject they study is anchored in God’s truth. Each subject area is taught by methods best suited to the developmental stages of the student and finds its ultimate power in teaching all subjects from the perspective of the Christian worldview.
